July 2014

This summer just flew by and July was no exception!  I didn't take as many pictures during this month, but it was extremely busy!

Early in the month, it was just me, Bonham, and George.  The big kids went to New Mexico with Bonham's parents and our niece for a week of "Cousin Camp"!
I gave George a frozen Sunny D pop.  At first, he was confused, but then he went to town on it!

Here are some pictures from their road trip...

I was so jealous.... I want to go to the mountains!

Face paint for the July 4th festivities!

When the kids got back, they immediately went to official swim lessons
with one of their teachers from school.
They learned so much during the short week.  No more life jackets, they can dive, swim under water, float, etc.  We'll do another lesson next year so strengthen those skills.
 This was just play time...

Baby's first picture.... next sonogram is September 9th.

Look at George!  Standing proficiently at 10 months!

Grand kids swimming with Nana and Papa!
(Presley, Jayna, Barrett, and Grant)  George was sitting out and watching with me

George's 10 month pictures....

Every month gets harder and harder, because he doesn't want to sit still!

Late in July, we went to visit Bonham's grandparents in New Braunfels!
We got a walker for George, so that he could cruise around and
we could leave it for all of the other visiting babies...

We went to visit 'Nother Papa, AKA: Preston:
George was being a real ham for the camera:

The kids always enjoy their visits with all of their "Greats"

Sports fan....

Great Grandma and George:

He could tell that Great Grandpa likes to play, so he wouldn't sit still!

Great picture!

Love getting these pictures and seeing how the kids have grown at each visit:

While we were in New Braunfels, we took the big kids to Schlitterbahn,  They had a great time!
I didn't take any pictures though.  Bonham's Aunt Kathy was nice enough to keep George for us during that day, so we could just go, go, go!   We also went to San Marcos one day to do some school shopping.  It was a nice little get away.

While we were gone, two of Papa's cows had babies...
Princess
and Lillie (or Lily - I'm not sure)

The kids enjoy watching the babies grow...

Ah, country life!  Wouldn't trade it!
