George is 11 months old!

George turned 11 months old on the 25th!

Here are George's stats:
Weight: 22.5 lbs (52nd percentile)
Height 28 inches (8th percentile)
Which means he's short and a little chubby! :)

Do you know how hard it is to make an active 11 month old sit still for pictures???  Very!

All he wanted to do was rock in the chair and try to eat the tie on his shirt.

So I brought in reinforcements: Jayna and Barrett!

George is walking!  He was standing at 10 months old and took a step a week or so later... then a few more steps.  And today, he walked the length of the hallway.  He still prefers crawling, because he is a SUPER fast crawler!  We've tried to put shoes on him, but he hates them!  He just tries to pull them off and eat them.

George is very smart and awnry!  He knows when he is not supposed to get into something if we say, "George..."  He takes off crawling with his head down and goes as fast as he can.  It's so funny to chase him around the house!  He babbles a lot and sometimes, it seems like he copies the sounds we make.
George started shaking his head. "no" when we would ask him a question.  He's been doing this for a few months now.  It's hilarious, because I think he knows he's being funny.  The big kids have a great time with it - asking him all kinds of questions!  One night, a few weeks ago, he actually nodded yes, but he hasn't done it since.  The question we asked.....  "Is Jayna your favorite?"  Hahaha.  I guess we know how he really feels....
