About a week and a half ago, this nice, older gentleman from the Weatherford area drove all the way to Abilene to fix our A/C unit! We offered him a popsicle, a drink for the road, even money... but he refused! What a guy!
This man is also my dad, so that may have something to do with it.....

He was also fixing a problem that he caused.... =)Last fall he changed out our inside unit and furnace. When he was doing that, he put something on the outside unit to make it more efficient, but our unit didn't like it so it start acting up! That's about as much of that as I understand. Good idea though. Thanks Dad!
So while Papa was doing that.... the kids played in the pool. Jersey (our dog) was brave enough to get in there with them. She was walking around in circles in the pool, drinking the water, trying to eat the kids' popsicles! It was funny. By the time I got the camera, she jumped out!
So she had to go back to her yard.... Poor Jersey!
Jersey: Please let me out...
Well, the A/C is fixed and we are all nice and cool now!
